If you already have an idea for your dream home; perhaps an existing floor plan, or several attractive features you would like to incorporate, we will work with you to ensure your new home has all the elements necessary for your satisfaction. North Star homes will build ready-to-move homes of up to 3600 square feet. We also feature unlimited square footage for onsite builds. To further customize your home, we provide a choice of floor coverings and light fixtures, exterior finish, roofing materials, or hand-built cabinetry. To add elegance to your home, we also offer semi-solid core oak doors and solid oak trim. Additional features include triple glazed PVC windows, awning and casement; low E solar shields for increased efficiency in main floor windows, white PVC interior and exterior sills, R20 insulation in walls and R40 insulation in ceilings, 16” on centre free span trusses for interior wall mobility, as well as 2x12 floor joists, and 2x6 exterior walls. Our ready-to-move homes are also built with a high-degree of structural integrity to withstand the rigor of the move. Northstar homes also ensure that our RTM homes comply with all applicable building codes and are fully mortgage eligible.

As for our building materials, we only use the highest quality, most energy efficient components available on the market. Specially trained craftspeople are utilized at every stage of construction to ensure excellent integrity and aesthetic quality.
